Leadership Keynote

 Happiness is directly tied to our sense of fulfillment and how we embrace our roles at home, work, and in the community. To fully understand and thrive in these roles, it is important to define both our input and output expectations, along with measurable outcomes.

In this impactful keynote, Joe will explore how we can drive change by assessing our roles as either a "holder" or a "folder." He will illustrate this concept through the process of folding a flag, emphasizing the significance of every action we take. "JUST" is often used to minimize our worth, but we are more than "just" another person, and a flag is more than "just" a piece of fabric… until it isn't.

 When we reflect on the most influential individuals in our lives and careers, we often focus on the qualities and attributes that empower them to drive change. The most impactful individuals are skilled in influencing at all levels, often without needing to be physically present.
